By accessing or using PLaiGROUND Connect ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
PLaiGROUND Connect provides an identity, wallet, and billing layer for a network of AI experience applications. Users can create accounts, purchase and spend coins across partner experiences, and store results in their personal "Cubby."
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Your username is your public identity across all PLaiGROUND experiences. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Coins are a virtual currency used within PLaiGROUND experiences. Coins are purchased with real money via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. Coin prices and packages may change at any time. New accounts receive a one-time welcome bonus of 100 coins.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (b) impersonate other users; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (d) interfere with the Platform's operation; or (e) use the Platform to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content through AI experiences.
AI-generated content stored in your Cubby is provided "as is." PLaiGROUND does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs. You retain ownership of your inputs but grant PLaiGROUND a license to process them through partner experiences.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your remaining coin balance will be forfeited.
PLaiGROUND Connect is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
