  • Usage Data: Interactions with AI experiences, results stored in your Cubby, and general platform usage patterns.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain your PLaiGROUND account and wallet.
  • To process coin transactions and subscriptions.
  • To authenticate you across partner experiences via SSO.
  • To store and display your AI experience results in your Cubby.
  • To communicate with you about your account and our services.
  • To improve our platform and develop new features.

3. Information Sharing

We share limited information with partner experiences when you use them:

  • Partner Apps: Your display name, username, and coin balance (via authenticated SDK).
  • Stripe: Payment information for processing transactions.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for accounting and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.
